The Governing Board of the Los Cerritos Wetlands Authority consists of four voting members:

• One member appointed by the governing board of the Rivers and Mountains Conservancy.

• One member appointed by the State Coastal Conservancy.

• One member appointed by the City of Long Beach.

• One member appointed by the City of Seal Beach.
